Is Trademark Registration a One-Time Cost?
No. A trademark registration lasts 10 years from the filing date. After 10 years, a renewal fee applies (₹9,000 Govt. fee for MSME/Individual). A registered trademark can be renewed indefinitely — making it a perpetual asset if maintained.
Hidden Costs — Are There Any?
With us, there are no hidden costs. Government fee and professional fee are disclosed upfront. The only cost that may arise beyond Package 1 is if your application faces an objection or opposition — both covered in Packages 2 and 3.
